Censorship, why do we have double standards? Who has what rights and why?

Unfortunately, liberal judges have outlawed prayer, bible reading and other forms of worship (mentioning God). People have brought cases before these judges and they have repeatedly ruled in the favor of one or two people while many more people who felt differently end up suffering.
