Will i be able to beat the elite four with this team, pokemon sapphire.?

It's a pretty good balance of types for when you're fighting them, but level wise they're pretty weak. You should have them all at at least level 55 and if they're all at level 55 then you should buy about 15 revives and the rest hyper potions/full restores. It will probably take you more than 10 tries at there current levels if you tried it right now after you learned which pokemon and which move works best against each of all of the elite four's Pokemon.
