Regarding the gunman who attacked the Pentagon Police?

Is it coincidental that the gunman who shot the Pentagon Police was in Reno Nevada about the same time one of FOX Affiliated Radio talk show hosts in Reno was saying that Americans are ready to take up arms against the government and that neither the military or law enforcement would stand in their way? Is it possible the talk show host's comments inspired this nut to make his attack?
