I hate this!!?

I am on day 43 of a 37-50 day cycle and I am getting so frustrated cause I dont know when my MP is going to come and I keep hoping it doesn't. Yesterday and the day before I kept getting like twinges in my lower abdomen kind of like cramps but they weren't steady just a pinch every now and then. Is that a sign of my period coming? It always different every MP sometimes I get cramps before sometimes I get the them only the day I get my period its weird. basically I am just asking everyone to pray for me and my family for a baby and send us some dust PLEASE
