Why cant all blacks be like Obama?

Talking abour racism and such, I feel like Barrack Obama is a great black person, he is articulate, intelligent, polite and doesnt have to express himself in such ignorant way to prove a point. Why cant all blacks be like Obama? I feel like a lot of racism that blacks experience comes from all these ignorant things they do(which they call a culture). I dont think Obama is less black than a 50 Cent, but he gets way more respect.
