Advice on Pelvic Rest?

I have been on pelvc rest since i was 13wks due to an incompetent cervix. i had no bleeding or anything out of the ordinary other than my cervix being messed up. I am able to have without problems and since then i have "cheated" and had several times. I am now 29wks. Still no problems but i was wondering if anybody else has done this and what happened(or didn't happen).its pretty tough cuz my boyfriend is a like a guy in the firemen's calender. too hot to handle and control myself around.
