Does a new home warranty cover your lawn (gr)?

I bought a new home in January 2010 and my gr hasn't really grown, there are lots of brown spots and mud spots. My terrain is also somewhat uneven. The contractor of this development also bought a house this year and his property is solid dark green. And I water the gr 5 days a week for 3 hours. Ive also fertilized the property with scott turf builder. Can Lennar warranty cover this problem?
