Eating like a normal person and exercising for just 20 minutes a day is the best way to lose weight.... Three meals a day.. a snack when you're hungry.. No skipping breakfast. Actual EATING is what causes healthy weight loss. Restricting yourself from eating just because you've already eaten three meals is also unhealthy, and eating less than three meals a day causes weight gain. If you're on a diet, which is pointless, then don't "cheat" just because nobody is watching. Knowing you cheated can add up stress into your every day life, which would be worse if your life is already stressful as this also increases weight gain.
