Is this double jeopardy???

My daughter was charged with 3 drug charges from the same search of her home (they werent hers and her boyfriend admits that ). She is being tried for each individually. If the entire group of drugs for all 3 charges is presented in court and jury isnt instructed for which drug the charge being tried is for. Is this double jeopardy and what can I do about it. We are in a very crooked county.
