My pit bull is obsessed with rocks, water hoses, brooms, etc.?

Why is my pit bull is obsessed with rocks, water hoses, brooms, shovels, or any object that he thinks he can chase, eat, play with or bark at? He is the sweetest dog, he would never hurt anyone but he has this obsessetion for these kind of things, he even likes to dart back and forth in front of my donkey and horses, it's like a game for him. A donkey/horse will chase or/and stomp a preditor like a coyote or even a dog. He see's this as a game. I am worried that he is going to get really hurt or worse...killed if he doesn't stop playing with the livestock and it is such a hle trying to use the hose with him jerking, barking and chasing the water and hose. As well as trying to sweep, rake, shove dirt, throw rocks out of the yard, etc. With him going nuts... Is there a way to stop all of this? My othe dogs do not do any of this, only him...
