Ringtones...?

i cut a peice of a song i liked it was 17 seconds long i fitted it on my micro sd in the correct folder but it dosent want to appear on my screen for some reason for the "rokr e1" i'm thinking it might be because i used windows movie maker and it may be in wma format. i'm not sure please help
