Why does my smell like meat?

This isn't a joke today i went to the bathroom and when i was about to wash my hands i smelt a meatball sub. I noticed the smell was coming from my hands so then i went into the stall and smelt my private area and there was a potent smell of tomato sauce and parmesan. Please help explain this. I haven't eaten a meatball sandwhich in over three years atleast.
