If the United States were to go to war with North Korea, would the draft be reinstated?

My question is that North Korea has been doing doing some crazy s..t and the United States has strongly backed South Korea, so if North Korea and th US start war then will the draft be reinstated. Also, who would China back because North Korea and China are both communist, but China seems to like our money. Business vs Freindship?
